Please download application and return via email at firemarshal@douglascountyga.gov or print and return to Douglas County Fire/EMS Headquarters at 12501 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Douglasville GA. 30134. Can also pickup and pay for application in person.
Pursuant to House Bill 417, section 25-10.4(e), 100 dollars for permit and 10 dollars for each copy issued and subject to personnel on standby for fire suppression and permit compliance: 250 dollars flat rate.
